Towing in Wise, NC

Getting it done

Searching for towing in Wise? CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our shops are in the Toronto area. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the arrangement works

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Your request reaches a person, not a machine.

Questions to ask the shop

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.

Small things that help

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Check that all lights work every few weeks.

CarmaCars and Wise

CarmaCars has no branch in Wise. We rent from one location in Toronto. We do not deliver as far as Wise, about 814 km from our location in Toronto.

If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. For a breakdown in Wise, a local service will reach you faster than we can. If you want to check something for Wise, send a request; a person replies honestly. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the offer shows the tax.
