Wheel Alignment in Bent Tree Estates, VA

Arranging the work in Bent Tree Estates

For a wheel alignment in Bent Tree Estates, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. Plainly: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.

Our part and the shop's part

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

What to ask

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Between shop visits

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.

Reach and distance

There is no CarmaCars location in Bent Tree Estates; everything we do starts in Toronto. About 579 km separate our location in Toronto and Bent Tree Estates, far past our 250 km delivery area.
