Wheel Alignment in Cochran, VA

Wheel Alignment: how we help

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 777 km from Cochran, and does not do this work itself. The job: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.

What to send us

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Between shop visits

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

What to ask

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
