Arranging the work in Floyd County
CarmaCars arranges a wheel alignment with trusted shops in the Toronto area, and does not do the work itself. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.
How we help
You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.
Your rental while you wait
The rental is booked with us, separate from the shop's bill. We can have the rental ready the day your car goes in. If you come to us, the pickup is free.
Between shop visits
Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
Before the shop starts
Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.
Ask us
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
