Arranging the work in Moorefield Store

For a wheel alignment in Moorefield Store, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.

From request to repair

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Good habits for your car

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
