Wheel Alignment in Pocket, VA

Getting it done

For a wheel alignment in Pocket, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.

Our part and the shop's part

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Between shop visits

Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.

Talking to the shop

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
