Wheel Alignment in Resolution, VI

Arranging the work in Resolution

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Resolution. What this is: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.

Our part and the shop's part

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. A person replies within one business day. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Good habits for your car

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

What to ask

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
