Arranging the work in School Key

If you need a wheel alignment in School Key: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.

What to send us

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location.

Talking to the shop

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Good habits for your car

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
