Booking a time

Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work. A short description of the problem is enough to start. There is no one price: we quote your car after seeing the details. Include the colour and any options that affect the work.

After the work

A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.

Timing

If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.

What goes into a quote

Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.

On the day

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
