Shopping for a car in Averett

CarmaCars does not sell cars. We rent them, which makes us a good place to try a model before you buy. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Rent it before you buy it

Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer.

Checks worth doing

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose.

Between cars

Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.

Where we are

CarmaCars works from one location in Toronto and does not operate in Averett. By straight line Averett is about 800 km from our location in Toronto; by road it is farther, and beyond our 250 km delivery area.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Shopping in Averett? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. For anything about Averett, a request reaches a person who answers honestly. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
