Buying a car in Bartlett

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Try it for a week first

If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Try the car with the people who will ride in it most.

Questions to ask

Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN.

Bridging the gap

A rental means you never have to rush a purchase because you need wheels. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars.
