Buying a car in Basco

There is nothing for sale here as a rule: CarmaCars rents cars. Here is how that helps when you shop. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Try it for a week first

Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence.

Checks worth doing

Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car.

Bridging the gap

Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.

Before you plan

CarmaCars works from Toronto. There is no CarmaCars branch in Basco. At about 1,055 km from our location in Toronto, Basco is past the 250 km our delivery covers.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. For buying in Basco, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. If you want to check something for Basco, send a request; a person replies honestly. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
