Buying a car in Conde

CarmaCars does not sell cars, but before you buy one in Conde, a short rental can answer questions a test drive cannot. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Drive it like you own it

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign.

A buyer's checklist

Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN.

Before your next car arrives

Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure.

Renting from Toronto

There is no CarmaCars location in Conde; everything we do starts in Toronto. Measured in a straight line, Conde is about 1,493 km from central Toronto; we deliver within about 80 km.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Tell us what you need in Conde, and a person will say straight away whether it is something we can do. Every price here is in Canadian dollars.
