Auto Loans in Jericho

People searching for auto loans sometimes find us. We are a rental company, and here is how that helps. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Why rent first

Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign.

A buyer's checklist

Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN.

Between cars

Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.

Honest about Jericho

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Jericho. About 2,741 km separate central Toronto and Jericho, far past our 80 km delivery area.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. For buying in Jericho, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Jericho if you like. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
