Buying a car in Maddock

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

A test drive that lasts

Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

Checks worth doing

A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive.

Bridging the gap

A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one.

Where we deliver

Plainly: we do not have a location in Maddock. CarmaCars is a Toronto company. Our delivery area ends about 80 km from Toronto, and Maddock is about 1,628 km out.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Tell us what you are planning in Maddock, and we will say what we can and cannot do. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the offer shows the tax.
