Auto Loans for Maple Leaf

Looking to buy? CarmaCars rents cars instead, which makes a test week easy. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Try it for a week first

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide.

What to check before you buy

Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired.

A car meanwhile

A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.
