Auto Loans for Matilde

CarmaCars does not sell cars, but before you buy one in Matilde, a short rental can answer questions a test drive cannot. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

A test drive that lasts

You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other.

Checks worth doing

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose.

Bridging the gap

If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one.

What CarmaCars covers

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Matilde. About 3,063 km in a straight line separate Matilde from our location in Toronto; our delivery stops at about 250 km.

Shopping in Matilde? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Matilde if you like. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.
