Buying a car in Mount View

CarmaCars does not sell cars or arrange loans; we rent cars, which helps when you are deciding. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Drive it like you own it

Try the car with the people who will ride in it most. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class.

Questions to ask

Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package.

Bridging the gap

Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.

Where CarmaCars works

Plainly: we do not have a location in Mount View. CarmaCars is a Toronto company. Our delivery area ends about 250 km from Toronto, and Mount View is about 684 km out.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Still have a question about Mount View? Ask in a request, and we answer plainly. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.
