The details that matter

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup.

Who it is for

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice.

Who qualifies

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

Booking in plain terms

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Over to you

When you have your dates, send a request. It is free, and the offer shows the full price.
