Auto Loans in Unity

To be upfront: CarmaCars is a rental company and does not sell cars or arrange loans. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Try it for a week first

Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel.

A buyer's checklist

Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price.

While you shop

If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush.

A note on distance

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Unity. Unity lies about 1,595 km from central Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 80 km.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you want to check something for Unity, send a request; a person replies honestly. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
