Car Financing in Cold Spring, MN

Before you buy in Cold Spring

Looking to buy? CarmaCars rents cars instead, which makes a test week easy. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Try it for a week first

Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign.

Buying smart in Ontario

Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand.

Bridging the gap

A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed.

Renting from Toronto

Our only location is in Toronto; Cold Spring is outside the area we serve. By straight line Cold Spring is about 1,207 km from central Toronto; by road it is farther, and beyond our 80 km delivery area.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Tell us what you need in Cold Spring, and a person will say straight away whether it is something we can do. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
