Car Financing in Ivanhoe

Shopping for a car in Ivanhoe? CarmaCars is not a dealer, a lender or a leasing company. We rent cars. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

A test drive that lasts

A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags.

Questions to ask

Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose.

Between cars

Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.
