Car Financing in Jericho

Shopping for a car in Jericho

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Drive it like you own it

Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer.

Questions to ask

Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up.

A car meanwhile

You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere.

Where we work
