Car Financing in Occidental, CA

Car Financing: what CarmaCars does

There is nothing for sale here as a rule: CarmaCars rents cars. Here is how that helps when you shop. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Why rent first

Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it.

Questions to ask

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts.

Between cars

Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.
