Car Financing in Simcoe

Car Financing for Simcoe

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Why rent first

Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. Delivery to Simcoe is part of the service, so the test drive starts at home.

Questions to ask

Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price.

A car meanwhile

A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip.
