Car Financing in Tranquillity, CA

Shopping for a car in Tranquillity

CarmaCars does not sell cars. We rent them, which makes us a good place to try a model before you buy. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Why rent first

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing.

A buyer's checklist

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

Before your next car arrives

Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars.
