Car Financing in Willimantic, CT

Buying a car in Willimantic

If financing for a car is what you need, know first that CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them; here is what we can do. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Try it for a week first

Try the car with the people who will ride in it most. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes.

Questions to ask

Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price.

A car meanwhile

If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.
