Buying a car in Colleton

If a car to buy is what you need, know first that CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them; here is what we can do. Tell us the car you are looking for and we will help where we can, and you can rent a similar car first. A rental of the same model for a week shows how it fits your commute, your parking and your family.

A test drive that lasts

Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits.

Checks worth doing

Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN.

Between cars

Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive.

Our area and Colleton

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Colleton. About 1,200 km from our location in Toronto, Colleton is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.

Shopping in Colleton? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. If you still want to ask about Colleton, send a request; we would rather say no than overpromise. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
