Certified Pre-Owned: what CarmaCars does

Certified Pre-Owned in Devon: CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them, but we can still be useful. We are happy to point you in the right direction, and to rent you a similar car to try. Tell us the car you are looking for and we will help where we can, and you can rent a similar car first.

Why rent first

Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel.

What to check before you buy

In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes.

Before your next car arrives

Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one.

Where we are

There is no CarmaCars location in Devon; everything we do starts in Toronto. At roughly 539 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, Devon is outside our delivery area.

For buying in Devon, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. If you are unsure whether we can help with Devon, ask; we answer plainly. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
