Lease Takeover in Devonshire, DE

Lease Takeover: what CarmaCars does

To be upfront: CarmaCars is a rental company and does not sell cars or arrange loans. We do not lease cars. A monthly rental has no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days, and you can stop at the end of any of them. A lease ties you to years of payments; a monthly rental can stop at the end of any booking, with no buyout.

Try it for a week first

If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car.

Checks worth doing

Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car.

Between cars

A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale.

Toronto based

CarmaCars works from Toronto. There is no CarmaCars branch in Devonshire. The distance is about 535 km in a straight line, more than our delivery area of 250 km.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. A request about Devonshire gets an honest answer from a person. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.
