Lease Takeover in Unity, VA

Shopping for a car in Unity

Looking to buy? CarmaCars rents cars instead, which makes a test week easy. A lease ties you to years of payments; a monthly rental can stop at the end of any booking, with no buyout. Leasing companies and dealers offer leases; CarmaCars does not, but a monthly rental needs no long commitment.

Try it for a week first

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is.

Checks worth doing

Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive.

Before your next car arrives

Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.
