Sell My Car in Basic, MS

Before you buy in Basic

Looking to buy? CarmaCars rents cars instead, which makes a test week easy. We do not buy cars or take trade-ins. If you would rather keep your car and have it earn, our owner program rents it out for you. Between cars? Rent one by the week or the month while you decide what to do with yours.

Why rent first

Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads.

Before you sign

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN.

Between cars

There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it.

The short answer for Basic

Basic is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. About 1,512 km in a straight line separate Basic from central Toronto; our delivery stops at about 80 km.

Shopping in Basic? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Send a request about Basic, and we reply with a clear yes or no. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
