Trade In in Hackberry

CarmaCars does not sell cars. We rent them, which makes us a good place to try a model before you buy. Selling a car can take weeks; a weekly rental means you do not have to keep it until it sells. We do not buy cars or take trade-ins. If you would rather keep your car and have it earn, our owner program rents it out for you.

A test drive that lasts

If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. Try the car with the people who will ride in it most. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve.

A buyer's checklist

Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

A car meanwhile

Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week.
