Who rents this way

Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

What we ask of drivers

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

Getting the car booked

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

One more step

Have a question first? Send a request with it, and a person answers.
