What makes this simple

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions.

Common reasons to rent

Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week. People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice.

Booking in plain terms

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

Driver requirements

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
