A Toronto company

We are a Toronto company with no office or lot in Beard. Our delivery area ends about 250 km from Toronto, and Beard is about 637 km out.

What we can do: rent you a car in Toronto for the trip, with the kilometres you need. A trip from Ontario to Beard needs our written consent before you leave. Still have a question about Beard? Ask in a request, and we answer plainly. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.

The useful parts

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. The request is free, so you can ask without committing. You rent the car shown, with its own photos and price.

Who rents this way

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice.

How booking works

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Rules for renters

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

Over to you

Look through the cars, choose one, and send a request when it suits you.
