Car Rental in Berwick, IL

Car Rental: Berwick

Car Rental in Berwick: CarmaCars is a Toronto company, so here is what we can and cannot do. How it works: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Rates are per car, so you can choose by budget.

The short answer for Berwick

Straight answer: there is no CarmaCars location in Berwick. We rent from Toronto. We cover about 250 km around Toronto; at about 983 km, Berwick is outside that.

Most trips to Berwick start with a flight; if yours starts in Toronto, we can cover the car at this end. Crossing the border with a rental from us needs our written consent before the trip. If you want to check something for Berwick, send a request; a person replies honestly. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

What you get

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar".

When it makes sense

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then.

Checking your details

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

Booking with CarmaCars

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

Your move

Pick a car, send a request, and decide once you see the offer.
