What makes this simple

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. One small team handles your request from start to finish. There is no app to install: everything works in your browser.

Typical renters

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

Before pickup

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

Your request, our offer, your keys

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.
