What to expect

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. One small team handles your request from start to finish. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too.

Who rents from us

Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then. Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase.

From request to keys

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. The offer we send lists the car we confirm and the full price. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

What we check

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
