Car Hire in North Java, NY

North Java: renting made simple

Car Hire in North Java: with CarmaCars it starts with a free request and ends with a car at your door. The key point: Car hire with CarmaCars works by request: you choose the car and dates, and we confirm the full price before you pay. Our matching cars start at $50 a day before tax.

Weekend drives

Try Elora, about 110 km from Toronto, for the gorge and the village. Further afield, Grand Bend is roughly 240 km from Toronto, for the beach on Lake Huron. Check the daily kilometres on the car's page; extra kilometres are charged at the rate shown there. Any drive out of Ontario needs our written consent, arranged in advance.

Why this works

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. We answer questions before you book, not only after. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

How you get the car

North Java is on our delivery map, about 141 km out from our location in Toronto. Each car's page shows its delivery fee, and the offer shows the total before you pay.

Free pickup at our location is always an option. There is no counter: a person meets you with the car at the time we confirm. Toronto Pearson and Billy Bishop handovers are priced by distance, with any surcharge in the offer.

Typical renters

Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

What we need from you

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

How renting with us works

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
