The details that matter

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay. Requests are read in order and answered by a person.

What you need to rent

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

Request, offer, keys

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
