The useful parts

Request, offer, keys

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

What we ask of drivers

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
