What happens when you ask for a car

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

What we need from you

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
