How booking works

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

What we ask of drivers

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
