Car Rental in Cinema, BC

How renting works in Cinema

If you need a rental car in Cinema, read this first: CarmaCars works from Toronto. What this means: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Rent by the day, the week, or up to 365 days in one booking.

What CarmaCars covers

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Cinema. At about 3,295 km from our location in Toronto, Cinema is past the 250 km our delivery covers.

For the days before or after a flight to Cinema, we can have a car for you in Toronto. Driving out of Ontario is possible only with our written consent, given before the trip. If you are unsure whether we can help with Cinema, ask; we answer plainly. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

When it makes sense

Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one. Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then.

Why this way of renting

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have.

Who can rent

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

Your booking, in three steps

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
