What to expect

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar".

What to expect when you book

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

The rules, briefly

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
