The useful parts

After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental when your adjuster approves it. Otherwise the car's own rate applies. Tell us the claim number and the adjuster in your request if the rental is part of a claim. The request is free, so you can ask without committing. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions.

Requirements

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

Your booking, in three steps

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.
