When it makes sense

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days.

Why this way of renting

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have.

Who qualifies

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

How renting with us works

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

When you know your dates

When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
