What is different here

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar". Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category.

Renting: the basics

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

From your dates to the handover

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Make a request

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
