Delivery Driver Car Rental in Java, SD

A rental car in Java

CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area. This page explains what that means if you need a car for rideshare or delivery work in Java. One thing to know: Use your rental for Uber Eats, DoorDash or other delivery work. Tell us when you book. Weekly and monthly rates first: trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and one booking runs up to 365 days and renews. Uber, Lyft, Uber Eats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes, Instacart and Hopp are named only to describe the work; CarmaCars is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any of them. Rates are per car, so you can choose by budget.

Our area, and Java

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Java. At about 1,639 km from our location in Toronto, Java is past the 250 km our delivery covers.

Heading to Java by plane? A car from us can get you to Toronto Pearson, or meet you there when you return. Crossing the border with a rental from us needs our written consent before the trip. If you are unsure whether we can help with Java, ask; we answer plainly. Every price here is in Canadian dollars.

The area around Java

The pages for Selby, Lowry and Sitka cover the areas next door.

For flights, Mobridge Municipal Airport (MBG) is about 40 km away.

Who rents this way

People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

What is different here

Hybrids and compact cars are a sensible choice for long shifts when we have them. We bring the car to a home, condo, hotel or office, for the delivery fee shown on each car's page. Requests are read in order and answered by a person. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account.

What we ask of drivers

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

Your booking, in three steps

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Next step

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
